Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement product to you. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once the new item is on its way.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@essentiallyoiled.co.za with your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or a refund.
